Raspberry Rum BBQ Sauce + Chicken Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

Any pizza crust

Chico’s Raspberry Rum BBQ Sauce

Shredded chicken

Shredded mozzarella cheese

Sliced onion (to taste)

Diced green chilis

Mexican crema

Baby arugula

Extra virgin olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Par bake the crust for about 4 minutes at 400.
  3. Spread BBQ sauce over crust
  4. Cover with shredded chicken
  5. Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese
  6. Add onion
  7. Cover with green chilis
  8. Drizzle with Mexican crema
  9. Cover with baby arugula
  10. Drizzle with EV olive oil
  11. Bake for 6-8 minutes or until cheese bubbles
  12. Enjoy!
