Ingredients:
A dozen (or so) large shrimp. The bigger the better.
Jalapeño cream cheese
12 slices of bacon
Chico's Gourmet Whiskey BBQ Sauce
Directions:
- Peel the shrimp, but leave the tail on.
- Slice the shrimp open on the inside curve.
- Stuff the opening with jalapeño cream cheese.
- Par bake the bacon so it’s still pliable.
- Wrap bacon around the shrimp and secure with a toothpick.
- Skewer the shrimp. Two per skewer.
- Grill 2-3 minutes per side (or 5-7 total) while basting with Chico’s Gourmet Whiskey BBQ Sauce.
